Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Executive Committee will meet on Sunday, December 14, 2014, at 4:15 PM in the Frager’s Hardware Conference Room at the Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital, 921 Pennsylvania Avenue SE, to consider emergency action to support Mayor Gray’s request (REPROG20-0269) to reprogram $16,000,000 of Capital Funds Budget Authority and Allotment within the District of Columbia Public Schools.  (The funds being reprogrammed would be used to complete the modernization of Payne Elementary School.)  To attend a meeting on the third floor, please stop by the Hill Center’s reception desk on the ground floor for assistance.

Meeting Updates

Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 6B will not consider ZC #13-12, 1333 M Street SE, first-stage planned unit development (PUD) and related zoning map amendment from M Zone District to C-3-C Zone District and consolidated PUD for Phase I of the proposed development, at its meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.  ANC 6B has scheduled a special call meeting for the purpose of considering  ZC #13-12, 1333 M Street SE.  The special call meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall at Christ Church Washington Parish, 620 G Street SE.

Additionally, the location of ANC 6B’s Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 6:30 PM has been changed to the Parish Hall at Christ Church Washington Parish, 620 G Street SE.

Finally, ANC 6B has cancelled its Outreach & Constituent Services Task Force meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2014.
