ANC 6B Community Meeting on Monday, August 4, 2014 — Southeast Boulevard/Barney Circle Neighborhood Planning Study

MEETING NOTICE:  Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B will host a community meeting on Monday, August 4, 2014, at 7:00 PM in Sousa Hall on the second floor of the Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital, 921 Pennsylvania Avenue SE.  The purpose of the meeting is to engage the community in a discussion of the Southeast Boulevard/Barney Circle Neighborhood Planning Study being conducted by the Office of Planning (OP).  Representatives of the OP will make a presentation on the outcomes of the study to date.

Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 6B has scheduled a special call meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 10, 2014, at the National Community Church, 535 8th Street SE.  At the special call meeting, ANC 6B will consider comments on the Federal Highway Administration’s and the District Department of Transportation’s Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed reconstruction of the Virginia Avenue Tunnel.
