ANC 6B Seeking Resident Member Task Force Chairs

At our  March 10, 2015 meeting, ANC 6B will be electing chairs of the Hill East and Outreach and Constituent Services Task Forces. Per ANC 6B’s bylaws and standing rules, a resident of ANC 6B can run to serve as chair of one of these task forces if:

  • he/she has previously served as a commissioner on ANC 6B, or
  • he/she has previously served as a resident member on any ANC 6B committee, special committee or task force.

Eligible residents interested in serving as chair of the Hill East or Outreach and Constituent Services Task Force should send an e-mail to ANC 6B Chair Kirsten Oldenburg and their Single Member District commissioner indicating their interest by noon on Friday, March 6. The e-mail should include a short bio and brief statement indicating why he/she is interested in serving as task force chair. The names, bios and statements of all interested chair candidates will be posted on the ANC 6B website no later than Friday, March 6.
