ANC6B Planning and Zoning PUD Subcommittee Meeting – September 28th

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Planning and Zoning Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Monday, September 28, 2015. The meeting will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave. SE). The PUD Subcommittee will work through the PUD process for multiple proposed projects located in ANC6B, making recommendations on benefits and amenities packages to the ANC Planning and Zoning Committee. The meeting agenda is as follows:

1. Welcome – update on proposed PUD projects and subcommittee plans
2. Informational presentation on IPG PUD for Bowie’s/Signature site
3. Consolidated list of suggested benefits and amenities concepts
4. Discussion on draft package for 1401 Penn Ave SE PUD
