*UPDATED* New Dates/Times for Exec. Committee, Special Call Meetings

CHANGE NOTICE: To accommodate community and commissioner attendance at Councilmember Allen’s Community Meeting on Public Safety, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B has made two schedule changes. ANC 6B’s Special Call Meeting to discuss the commission’s response to the Freedom of Information Act request submitted by the Hine Coalition, originally scheduled for Tues., Oct. 27 at 7 pm, has been moved to Wed., Oct. 28, 8:30 pm at St. Coletta of Greater Washington (1901 Independence Ave SE). The special call meeting will begin immediately at the conclusion of ANC 6B’s Hill East Task Force meeting (7-8:30 pm).

ANC 6B’s Executive Committee meeting, originally scheduled for Tues., Oct. 27 at 7:00 pm, will remain on Tues., Oct. 27 but begin at 6:30 pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Avenue SE).

Councilmember Allen’s Community Meeting on Public Safety is on Tues., Oct. 27, 7 pm at Friendship Chamberlain Public Charter School (1345 Potomac Avenue SE).

Hill East Task Force to Discuss RFK Stadium Site on Wed., Oct. 28

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Hill East Task Force will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, 7-8:30 pm at St. Coletta of Greater Washington (1901 Independence Ave SE). The task force will be discussing the future of the RFK Stadium site and hear a presentation from Ed Lazere, executive director of the DC Fiscal Policy Institute.

ANC 6B Special Call Meeting on Tues., Oct. 27

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B will hold a special call meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015 to discuss the commission’s response to the Freedom of Information Act request filed by the Hine Coalition. The meeting will be at 7:00 pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Avenue SE). The previously scheduled ANC 6B Executive Committee meeting will be held immediately after the special call meeting. ANC6B Planning and Zoning PUD Subcommittee Meeting – October 20

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Planning and Zoning Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. The meeting will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave. SE). The PUD Subcommittee will work through the PUD process for multiple proposed projects located in ANC6B, making recommendations on benefits and amenities packages to the ANC Planning and Zoning Committee. The meeting agenda is as follows:

2. Draft benefits and amenities package for 1401 Penn
3. Other 1401 Penn PUD documents (e.g., construction management, retail use)
4. Future meetings and Subcommittee next steps
