ANC6B Planning and Zoning PUD Subcommittee Meeting – November 30

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Planning and Zoning Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Monday, November 30, 2015. The meeting will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave. SE). The PUD Subcommittee will work through the PUD process for multiple proposed projects located in ANC6B, making recommendations on benefits and amenities packages to the ANC Planning and Zoning Committee. The meeting agenda is as follows:

2. Presentation on Watkins Alley PUD
3. Draft benefits and amenities package for 1401 Penn
4. Future meetings and Subcommittee next steps

Upcoming Outreach, Hill East Task Force Meetings

ANC 6B’s Outreach & Constituent Services Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, Nov. 12, 7 pm in the Frager’s Conference Room at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave SE). The task force will be discussing public safety in the neighborhood.

ANC 6B’s Hill East Task Force will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 7 pm at St. Coletta of Greater Washington (1901 Independence Ave SE). The task force will hear a presentation from Donatelli/Blue Skye Development team on their updated plans for phase I of the Reservation 13/Hill East Development.
