ANB 6B PUD Subcommittee Meeting – February 22

UPDATE: This meeting will run from 7pm to 8:30pm, not 9pm as originally posted.

NOTICE: Advisory Neighborhood Commission 6B’s Planning and Zoning Planned Unit Development (PUD) Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Monday, February 22, 2016. The meeting will be from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Hill Center (921 Pennsylvania Ave. SE). The PUD Subcommittee will work through the PUD process for the proposed Watkins Alley project located on the 1300 block of E St SE, making recommendations on benefits and amenities packages and project design to the ANC Planning and Zoning Committee. The meeting agenda is as follows:

2. Review and revise list of potential benefits and amenities
3. Develop draft list of benefits and amenities recommendations for Watkins Alley
